Job Summary
We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to help drive and lead a variety of projects and processes across our financial, budgeting, & procurement reporting as well as planning, coordination, and analysis.
Responsibilities
Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following
- Plays a key role in management of the annual budget process including monitoring department budgets for compliance, trends, expenditure and funds carry-over process
- Provide monthly and quarterly data collection, forecasting, analysis, and reporting
- Support procurement efforts including solicitation review, summarizing proposals received, purchase order review and execution, and reporting.
- Perform expense reporting variance analysis and research while monitoring departmental financial results.
- Assists in developing and updating policies, procedures, and forms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, management or related field
- 1+ years of professional work experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- High learning agility
- Strong project management/organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface with senior leaders and discuss issues and plans
- Project Management & previous FP&A experience are a plus
