Reporting Concerns
Faropoint Ventures, LLC is committed to maintaining the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct. We encourage employees, service providers, investors, and other stakeholders to report any good faith concerns about potential violations of law, regulations, or our firm’s policies and procedures.
How to Report
If you believe that any practice or activity may constitute a violation of federal or state law, firm policy, or otherwise represents an improper financial or business practice, please contact compliance@faropoint.com.
Reports may be submitted confidentially or anonymously. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the specific facts and circumstances of your concern.
Protection from Retaliation
Faropoint Ventures will not discharge, demote, suspend, threaten, harass, or otherwise discriminate against any individual who makes a good faith report under this policy. Any retaliation against a person who reports a concern in good faith will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or termination of the business relationship.
We will maintain confidentiality to the fullest extent possible during any investigation.
Important Note: Allegations made maliciously, recklessly, or with knowledge that they are false may result in disciplinary action or other consequences.
Rights Regarding Government Agencies
Nothing in this policy prohibits or restricts any individual from:
- Communicating directly with regulatory or government authorities (including the SEC, DOJ, or state regulators) regarding possible violations of law
- Participating in investigations conducted by such authorities
- Recovering a whistleblower award from government agencies
Individuals are not required to notify Faropoint Ventures before making reports to government agencies, and the same retaliation protections apply to such reports.
