We are looking for a Real Estate Operation Leader!

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial real estate properties.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies. Plan annual budgeting to meet the financial objectives of real estate assets.
• Assess market data and determine key assumptions, such as costs, timing, rents, and operating budgets.
• Establish and set up tools for asset database management.
• Coordinate with investor relations team throughout market and property tours.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent)
• + 2 yrs exp establishing a new business or business units and market targeting and analysis;
• Performing financial analytics and quantitative modeling to support long-term projects;
• Negotiating management and service contracts, determine priorities, and discuss the financial and operational status of properties.
